OHLand REVIEWERS should be able to: * Write a review, short clips, or general features without the use of excessive slang, swearing, acronyms, catty putdowns, discrimination of any type (sexism, racism, homophobia, etc.) or obvious bias towards any social, religious, or political group. (Is that laughter I'm hearing?) * Complete deadlines with good humor and ON TIME (That is, when we have a deadline!). In general, any REVIEWER should have a working knowledge of movies, its history, and cinematic trends. OHLand isn’t looking for the next Roger Ebert – he’s already an established critic. What we’re looking for are reviewers whose perspective reflects an appreciation and enthusiasm for film, and who are willing to write for free, occasionally basking in the warm glow that only unsung heroes...oh, forget it!
